Intel
Customer Satisfaction Survey & Lead Generator (Hillsboro, Oregon, USA).
The customer satisfaction survey, left, served two purposes for Intel. On the most obvious level, this package was designed to solicit feedback relating to Intel’s overall image based on the perceptions of industry professionals with whom the company already had some type of relationship. While this information was valuable from a research standpoint, the package had a second, and even more important purpose. The final question in this survey (question not shown) asked the prospect: “Is there anything we can do for you right now?” By employing the premise of “customer care” we established an immediate degree of good will. By asking for an action outright, we encouraged the initiation of immediate contact regarding any new business that may be in the works, beating would-be competitors into the ring.
