Direct Mail

The 8-panel self-mailer shown here was a format that had been used by Wunderman Worldwide to establish a QuickBooks control position. In testing against the control, we chose to adopt precisely the same format to demonstrate the difference that direct response copy and design could make to bottom-line response. Our direct mailer produced 212% of the response generated by the Wunderman Worldwide self-mailer—more than a two-to-one increase in response for the same cost.
