New 12-page brochure series positioning the full range of J.D. Power and Associates products and services: This project included working with J.D. Power and Associates’ sales and product development team to define the relationships between the various products and services and also to present them under the umbrella of a comprehensive, linear system for performance improvement. By communicating the individual and cumulative value propositions (of the individual products/services as well as for the linear system, respectively) the brochure was useful in supporting sales activities initiated at any number of management levels within targeted prospect companies. This assignment included research, concept development, copy and design.
